  • Please note that due to my living conditions and mental state, turn-over rate may vary and delays may occur

â–£ General

  • I have the right to cancel or deny a commission that goes against the T.O.S or makes me uncomfortable

  • If you wish to view the WIP, feel free to tell me and I'd be more than happy to show you how much progress is made

  • Paying means you have read and agreed to the T.O.S

  • Commissions WILL be used as examples once it's finished. Clients may request a delay in posting the piece.

  • PLEASE save your commissions. They will be deleted in a month.

  • Credits is a must.

â–£ Live2D Revisions

  • Maximum amount of revisions after final piece is sent is three. Charges may apply past the maximum.

  • Additional charges will apply to any additional toggles/emotes/animation brought up after the initial quote and start of the piece.

  • Clipping issues on the model are revised free of charge even after sometime the model has been finished.

â–£ Art Revisions

  • Revisions to the sketch/lineart must be said during the process. I Will not revise these during the color/render stages.

  • Maximum amount of revisions after final piece is sent is three. Charges may apply past the maximum.

â–£ Permissions

  • For personal use only. Includes Streaming/Twitch/Discord

  • My work is not allowed to be used in any NFT/AI projects

  • An additional 75% will be added to art made for commercial purposes such as merch, video games, ads, etc., (Not including Vtuber Commissions)

  • Art made as gifts belong to the receiver upon given.

â–£ Payment

  • There is a 50% rush fee

  • Privacy Fee for Vtubers is $150

  • Client will need to pay 50% before I start. Only Applicable to quotes above $50.

â–£ Refunds

  • Absolutely NO refunds after the final piece has been sent.

  • Clients may request a refund after 2 months of going past the due date. They may be entitled to reimbursement for work not finished but will still pay for work done.

  • Refunds might take a few months to process due to the fact I use the funds immediately for bills and irl expenses from providing for a family.

â–£ Cancellations

  • In case of the commission being cancelled by either the client or me, the artist, a refund will be discussed if payment was already given, but the progress for the piece shall not be used by the client in any way, shape or form, including; Social media, personal use, bringing it to another artist to continue working on the piece I, the artist, made, etc. As long as there is no payment for the piece, i, the artist, keep all the rights over it and to re use it in any way I see fit as long as it doesn't portray anything that's property of the clientoviding for a family.
